There is a parade and Halloween celebration that goes on in Tulsa on Brookside ( a really neat part of Tulsa). It has been taking place for 16 years.... so I thought it would be fun to take Calynn. All of the business on the street pass out candy and everyone dresses up... even dogs!!! Calynn had a blast watching all of the little kids and checking everything out.
